18 Jun Fiona & James’ Manor House Wedding, Elstree. May 2017
Thanks for all your hard work towards making our wedding as bright and colourful as it was, despite the weather! We had so many lovely comments about the gorgeous flowers and your attention to detail; the floristry really was stunning.
Thank you again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!
An elegant & colourful wedding set in the stunning Laura Ashley Manor Hotel, Hertfordshire.
Travel & food blogger Fiona presented us with a very distinctive brief: Playful & striking ‘Floral Brights’ with a romantic English twist. Key to the scheme was a deliberate clashing of colour – yellow, orange, coral, pink, blue & purple, teamed with gold toned vessels & styling.
The deep green backdrop of the woodland gardens, & the cool colour palette of the venue’s interior presented us with a fantastic opportunity to produce some truly vibrant designs.

Fiona’s Pinterest Board was brimming with colour & vibrancy. We looked closely at her choices, bringing together the styling & colour themes running through her visuals.
We then produced a series of boards for our Bride’s approval to bring the scheme together.
Fiona’s bouquet contained Peonies, Roses, Icelandic poppies, Gloriosa Lily, Tanacetum daisy, Grevilia, Ranunculus, Delphinium, Bobby Ball, & lots of lush scented foliage.
Fiona’s Bridesmaids carried equally vibrant bouquets with trailing coloured ribbons added to their bindings.
James’ Buttonhole was made from a single yellow rose, Tanacetum daisy, yellow Bobby ball & miniature hyacinth.
And we created lots of bright buttonholes for the Ushers & Groomsmen
The scheme continued for the ceremony & reception; gold urns filled with bright blooms & cluster vase designs for the guest tables & wedding breakfast room.
